Neymar strikes as Brazil sink Colombia

Neymar scored the winning goal as Brazil defeated Colombia 2-1 to maintain their 2018 World Cup qualifying resurgence on Tuesday. Barcelona superstar Neymar swept home a 74th-minute strike at Manaus’s Arena Amazonia to settle a pulsating encounter between the two rivals. It was a sweet victory for Neymar, who has unhappy memories from recent encounters with Colombia. Director of Radio Kano, Hajiya Sa’adatu Babaji has reportedly suspended the station’s Head of Librarians, Alhaji Habibu Musa Gwangwazo for playing a song praising former Governor » , Dr Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso. A query was also issued to an announcer, identified as Furera Umar, who was on duty at the time the song was played, Daily Trust reports. “To be sincere, we are in a serious dilemma in this station. The suspended staff is our chief librarian and his offense was that he chooses a song in which the former governor of the state Dr. Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso was praised,” a source said. The Federal Government has declared Monday and Tuesday, September 12 and September 13 as public holidays to mark the Eid-el-Kabir. The Minister of Interior, Retired Lt.- Gen.
