BREAKING: Oscar Pistorious’ Release Date Has Been Halted

South Africa’s minister of justice has challenged Oscar Pistorius’ parole and has referred it to the board for further review.Michael Masutha said the decision to release the double-amputee Olympic athlete had been taken prematurely.Pistorius has only spent 10 months in jail for shooting dead his girlfriendReeva Steenkamp, after his conviction for manslaughter last year – and was due to be released on Friday to serve the rest of his Fiveyears jail term under house.
